About

The Coweta County Community Transformation Watch of the Lord is a 24/7 prayer effort in Coweta County, GA.

In February, 2011 a small group of intercessors from churches across Coweta County started meeting together every Monday evening to pray for God to transform our society.

We meet every Monday from 7:00 to 8:10.
On the first Monday of each month we meet at Coweta Community Church, 310 Millard Farmer Industrial Blvd. (Hwy 34 Bypass) Newnan, GA 30263.

On all other Mondays we meet at Crossroads church, 2564 Georgia Hwy 154, Newnan, GA 30265.  Contact us (see menu) for directions to the meeting room.

Our prayers have been for Christ to take His proper place as Lord over the 7 Centers of Influence.  We see a similarity between these and the words of Rev. 5:12.

“Worthy is the Lamb who was slain to receive power and riches
and wisdom, And strength and honor and glory and blessing!”

The Seven Centers of Influence are:

  1. Government (strength)
  2. Business (resources)
  3. Education (wisdom)
  4. The Family (strength)
  5. The Church (honor)
  6. Arts and Entertainment (glory)
  7. The News Media (praise)

In March of 2014 we felt specifically led by the Lord to contact the many churches in Coweta County and invite them to join together in a 24/7/365 prayer watch, the focus of which is the transformation of our community.

Members of our Monday night Community Transformation prayer group divided up the responsibilities for this great endeavor. It is our desire that the Christians of Coweta County fervently cry out to the Lord, till He responds from heaven, forgives our sin and heals our community.

2 Chron. 7:14  If my people who are called by My name will humble themselves,
and pray
and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I
will hear from heaven,
and will forgive their sin and heal their land.
